Fathers Rights Class Action Lawsuit

The National Brotherhood of Fathers Rights is seeking interested Fathers to participate in a class action civil rights, discrimination, lawsuit.

This action will be brought in Federal Court.

We would like to have individuals post their comments, opinions and ideas about their individual situations and send an email to dennis@fathershelphotline.com if they wish to be a participant in the suit.

As far as the class action lawsuit is concerned, I believe it is long overdue, and high time, and any other cliche you want to put in there. There is an epidemic in this country of fatherless (or nearly) children, and it isn't necessarily by the fathers' choice.
The States of this United States are putting burdens on men (mostly)to the point they are left feeling worthless and weak. We should gather in great numbers to show how strong we really are, and that we will not take this blatant discrimination any longer!

Ditto, and I will give my full support for this very cause. This is clearly State sanctioned sexual discrimination. Are we truly equal when a state has the authority to cease our earnings often without adjudication solely for and on the behave of women, and often times done for no cost to women also. The law shall be no respector to persons regardless of our gender.

I like this idea and agree it is long overdue.

It is unfortunate that the woman can be more vonerable than the man physicly, but that should not place the man in a position of being treated as automaticly guilty because he is male. But the history of this I believe goes back much further as Carl Marx and communist teaching suggests Mans purpose is that of an economic one with all rights being secondary to that purpose, which would include mans proper role in the family. Current family law and court action would suggest as in all other courts that these communist falacies and influences have had influence here as well. For more info see the 45 goals of communism acknowledged in Congressional record many decades ago. I feel we need citizens to be awakened. THe foundation of Law in this land we should believe that rights are a gift from GOD not from government or from one group to another, not from vindictive mothers and toxic personalities and their lawyers to the fathers.
Any promotion of such I believe is nothing less than immoral and evil. When a healthy father has offered and attempted to provide for his children in the way that God would intend and in the way that mosts benifits society as Dennis has documented, then forcing of child support I believe is illegal indentured servatude.

Thanks for allowing me to post my belief and opinions.

Lets have some real Class Action!

I'm completely 100% behind this. How else can we help to get something like this going ?

Spreading the word is one thing but I can't necessarily say that I have a ton of friends who have been through what I am going through.

Say jump, we say how high, completely behind this here. - Nathan

Certainly I cannot be the only one that answered this call.

We are in Harris County, Texas and are facing extreme prejudice at the courthouse. We filed paperwork, but did not know the proper way to set a hearing. The clerk told us we needed to go to the law library to get the proper form, the law librarian told us to go search through manuals to find it, which we never did. My wife called an attorney who told her that we needed a Schedule Order, we then went back to the courthouse to speak to the woman lawyer who was there to assist people representing themselves. She told us we needed a lawyer and that it was a paragraph not a form that would schedule a hearing. She would not tell us beyond that how to schedule a hearing and would not help us. We went back to the law library and found 2 forms, which we hope are the right ones. We have to make a 3rd trip to downtown Houston to make an ammendment to what we filed and try to get a hearing date. Has anyone else had this problem???

We need a Rosa Parks it seems. We need someone to unite all father's groups, and put an end to the discrimination once and for all. Dennis, are you up to it?

I am behind this all the way, I understand there are dead beat dads out there, but I am not one! I to this day am taking care of my child and someone elses child. I have been around him since he was 1 and now he is turning 5. I do get visitation with both but I went thru hell in court and I pay an amount that is unbelievable! I love my kids and they are my life! I would like to know if there is anything I can do to help get this get going!

In the past, our society held out no protection for women who had been ill-used by the fathers of their children. Clearly something had to be done to "balance the scales." But in its gusto to rescue the downtrodden, our society may have created an even further inequity than we had before. And the beneficiary of this inequity is not the children, but the private corporations who are capitalizing off of these high-interest loans, like legal Loansharks. If there is anything in my situation that may add strength to the suit and help to restore a little bit of balance, you may count me in.
